About new-term-radar

new-term-radar is a daily report of the names starting to surge in AI: new models, products, tools and repos, caught where they are said first. It reads the X accounts you choose, Hugging Face's trending list, GitHub breakouts (a repo under 14 days old averaging 200+ stars a day), new URLs on AI tool directories' sitemaps, and your own Search Console for first-time impressions.

Why it matters: keyword tools only see a new term once Google Trends does, days or weeks later. For each new name the radar also writes the generic searches behind it, sizes them, checks page one for room and gives a decision (prioritize, watch or skip). Fourteen days later it checks its own calls in Google Trends.

Python, MIT, about 1,100 stars at the time of listing. Runs from the command line, as three Agent Skills or as an MCP server. With the example config it costs about $15 a month in API calls.
